SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Canada): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (customs processing may add additional time)

With some of our shipping options we offer a flat rate service. While we try to be as accurate as possible with these rates as they cover the majority of our common ship to locations, from time to time, some locations may have a significantly higher shipping price than our flat rate options. We reserve the right to go back to the customer to present this higher rates and try to work to a solution prior shipping any goods. This typically only occurs for remote locations with more limited shipping options.

Shipping Locations We ship across Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected upon delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@kicksledcanada.ca with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Services We offer shipping through known carriers as an added value service. Pick up is always an option from our warehouse. We do not control these shipping carriers. We will work with them to get your packages delivered but make no claims as to guarantees on delivery times beyond estimated deliveries provided by these carriers. Any delayed or misplaced shipments by these carriers are beyond our control. We will work to track a package with these carriers but are not responsible for any delays. Any costs for shipments that are delayed but are being requested by a customer to cancel an order mid shipment will have the same return policy of all other goods where it is at the buyers cost to return the goods to our warehouse upon our approval to accept the return.
